Jessica Alba recently shared a snap of her and BFF Lauren Andersen on a superyacht in Thailand with the caption’ Jump for joy! #Thailand w my #BFF @lauren_andersen’ on Instagram.
She is enjoying the sunshine during a break from shooting her new movie ‘Mechanic: Resurrection.’ Jessica stars joins the franchise as Gina, love interest to Brit macho-hunk Jason Statham, who plays hit man Arthur Bishop. It will hit theaters in January 2016.
It looks like the pair were on board the 209ft/64m superyacht SuRi. An ‘expedition’ yacht, built in 1978, it seems she has had a lot of work over the years and features a helicopter hangar (seen below), a fitness center (perfect for Jessica!), jacuzzi and movie theater. Her make-up artist Lauren have been inseparable since meeting at Jessica’s 14th birthday party (cute!), and Lauren now joins Jessica everywhere her celebrity life takes her as her make-up artist.
Talking about their friendship in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter in 2013, Lauren said “It doesn’t feel like work, it feels like dress-up. It feels like we’re playing.”
Jessica has often said she enjoys a protein-heavy diet but is perhaps looking too skinny of late! Don’t forget to eat during filming and running your multi-million dollar business, girl!
